Is there a minimum order?
Will there be shirt substitutions?
From time to extreme time our shirt supplier may run out of a certain style or color. We will do our best to match quality, color and style of the original order. This can happen without notice and will not cost to you. Even if it costs us a little more.
Can I leave a personal note with a gift purchase?
Sorry but no.
How can I make a change once my order has been submitted?
Sorry once it hits our system it goes in line for production.
Please double check your order before you hit submit. Please double check the spelling errors by us or by you, Please make sure your specialty vinyl is the correct color. And in cases of a specialty design ensure the proof we send to you is correct with spelling color and layout.
Once it goes to print (sublimation, or cut, or transfer application) we can’t go back.
As long as there are minor changes such as color, or spelling error, there will be a $10 charge per edit. IF there is a total layout change there will be a charge of $60 hour, and $30 on half hour. All Layout changes are determined by our design team.
How do returns work?
There are no returns. For issues please us a call.

If there is a problem with the manufacturing of shirt itself: Please take a picture of it and write a short note, and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer service specialists will review the problem. Please do not wear it, it may negate the exchange.
If there is a sizing problem (you ordered the wrong size) sorry we will not issue any refund. If we sent you the wrong size we will immediately replace it. PLEASE REVIEW our Product Sizing Charts.

Is my order information safe?
Absolutely, Your order is 100% secure, all orders are encrypted and no credit numbers are stored in our database. Part of the reason we use a third party payment such as PAYPAL to handle all of our credit card issues.
Are there other ways to pay than PAYPAL?
Yes! We take Cash or money orders, but only in person and must be paid in full.
My size is not listed on the website. Do you offer other sizes not listed?
We try to stock all sizes offered by our manufacturers, Give us a call and we might be able to make it happen.
Where are the sizing details?
Simply look up the brand of shirt and on the page will state the sizing stats for that brand.
To get the best fit follow the manufacturers sizing measurements. We strongly suggest to use these size charts, once an order is in and started Endless Possiiblitees IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for improper sizing.
I need my Items NOW what can I do?
We do offer expedited ordering, usually with in 1-2 days (not including Saturday and Sunday) and it is possible to get special delivery or schedule a pick up from one of our locations. The expedited manufacturing Fees can fluctuate between 20% and 30% increase in price. Higher shipping rates may occur as well (depending upon your choice of delivery). NO extra charge for pickup orders. The extra price will be added to your invoice.
